About the role

Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is consumer‑centric, open‑minded, proactive, and thinks beyond the task, modeling and coaching for the ultimate consumer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to hit sales targets and maximize profits.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate the team.
• Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
• Model and coach for the ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations functions.

Requirements

• Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry with 3+ years of store management experience.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constant movement, kneeling, carrying, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $63,300.00 to $105,500.00 annually, varying with experience and qualifications.
