Now we're looking for a driven, people-focused Store Manager to lead one of our locations with pride and purpose.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Grow Your Team: Recruit, train, and coach employees to deliver outstanding service
• Drive Store Success: Analyze sales, manage inventory, and implement strategies to maximize performance
• Create a Great Experience: Keep your store clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
• Support Customers: Resolve issues with professionalism and build lasting loyalty
• Maintain Standards: Oversee safety, cash handling, and company policy compliance
• Jump In Where Needed: Support nearby locations and tackle challenges with confidence

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail leadership (Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager)
• Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency and reliability in fast-paced settings
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance (required)

Pay

The minimum salary for this position is $65,000 annually.
