About the role

The Store Manager will lead a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates, driving exceptional customer experiences and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in Pandora’s brand, culture, and product
• Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates
• Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed customer expectations
• Build brand loyalty and foster lasting connections with customers
• Identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations
• Implement visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development
• Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving their KPI goals

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment
• Developed sense of Care in communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to show and deliver positive results
• Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams
• Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems

Qualifications

• At least 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work
• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and arrive promptly for work

Pay

$58,500.00 - $73,100.00 commensurate with experience
