About the role

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Store Manager is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to drive and grow top-line sales at Victoria’s Secret. This role reports to the District Manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching and development of the team, performance management, and selling.
• Ensure operational excellence through visual merchandising, payroll management, inventory control, and delivering on operational standards.
• Drive consistency in performance and execution through business insights and actions to deliver results.
• Coach and develop leaders within the store by being a content expert in all areas: brand, team, and operations.
• Oversee weekly schedules of leaders and associates.
• Lead and demonstrate company values within the store.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling.
• Conduct associate observations and coaching.
• Ensure all associate roles work for the good of the team and the customer.
• Link results to behaviors and actions to drive top-line sales.
• Independently manage labor hours to drive sales and profit.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure brand presentation.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams for seamless communication and execution.
• Demonstrate and lead company policy and procedures.
• Perform additional duties such as floorset mapping, product launch support, onboarding, and shipment processing.

This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.

• Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
• Proficiency in using technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• 10+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Pay

Minimum Salary: $85,800.00. Maximum Salary: $103,000.00. VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by factors including your specific skills, experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
