Store Manager in Training - Beck's Peoria Area

About the Role

The goal of this role is simple: train today, lead a store tomorrow. You'll work alongside experienced leaders, learn all aspects of store operations, and build the skills needed to successfully lead your own Beck's location.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of store operations and leadership
• Help lead and develop store teams
• Support hiring, onboarding, and employee training
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and daily operations
• Learn how to manage financial performance and drive store results
• Deliver excellent customer service and help create a positive store culture
• Lead by example and support team success

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Leadership experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or a related field preferred
• Retail management experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
