Store Manager in Training

Essential Functions

• Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees and store responsibilities
• Scheduling employees for shifts
• Resolving store issues including customer concerns
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements
• Audit and proper placement and stocking of merchandise
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions
• Maintain monitoring of profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred
