Overview

Contributes to profitable sales growth by executing the overall store strategy; including leading and engaging the team, managing company merchandise and operational excellence, training and developing associates, and executing sales-building programs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Models, coaches, and holds team accountable for outstanding customer service.
  • Engages with both associates and customers to enhance interactions.
  • Cover store walkthroughs for pricing/signing accuracy.
  • Analyzes sales and expense data to identify opportunities.
  • Communicates business objectives and performance to the team.
  • Strategically drives sales through store walkthroughs and leadership interactions.
  • Improves store consistency around key performance metrics.
  • Participates in peer group discussions to address business trends.

Team Development

  • Provides in-the-moment coaching for associates.
  • Maintains performance notes and takes action on performance gaps.
  • Enhances each leader's execution abilities and team development.
  • Utilizes recognition and rewards to reinforce positive behaviors.
  • Motivates associates/teams to align with the company's strategy.

Specialty Businesses

  • Leads Salon Manager/Beauty Manager/Supervisors and engages related teams.
  • Analyzes sales and expenses to drive performance and improvements.
  • Supports shrink and safety initiatives.

  • Consistently meets established performance standards, including sales, service, profit, productivity, and attendance.

Pay Range

USD $75,600.00 - USD $108,000.00 /Yr.
