Store Manager in Training
About the role
We're looking for a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to join our team. This role is designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training program. You'll participate in virtual and hands-on learning experiences to develop your leadership skills under the guidance of experienced mentors.
Responsibilities
- Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
- Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
- Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
- Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's degree in retail management or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Four years of retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Experience in customer service and merchandising.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
- Ability to manage inventory and assets to ensure profitability.

Pay
The typical pay range for this role is $18.50 - $23.88 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, and other relevant factors.
Schedule
Anticipated weekly hours are 45, and the position is full-time.
