Store Manager in Training

About the role

We're looking for a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to join our team. This role is designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. You'll participate in a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training program that includes both virtual and hands-on learning experiences. Your growth will be supported by a team of experienced leaders, including your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree in retail management or related field, or equivalent experience.

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $18.50 - $28.67 per hour or $39,070 - $52,354 annually. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
