About the role
The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role is a development-focused position aimed at preparing candidates for a CVS Store Manager role. The program spans 16 weeks and includes both virtual and hands-on learning experiences to develop leadership skills.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.

- Experience as a CVS Supervisor or retail management experience is required.
- Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.

Pay
The typical pay range for this role is $18.50 - $23.88 per hour or $38,740 - $45,256 annually. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
