STORE MANAGER IN HERNANDEZ NM

Dollar General · Hernandez, NM · 1 mo ago

We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. The job description includes General Summary, Duties and Essential Job Functions, Job Qualifications (Knowledge and Skills, Work Experience/Education, Competencies), Working Conditions and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, About Us, Company Overview. However we must remove boilerplate: EEO, navigation, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove application instructions (none). We need to use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we must only include sections when posting has real, specific content. The posting does not have explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections. So we should not create those headings. We can map content to appropriate headings: "About the role" could be General Summary. "Responsibilities" could be Duties and Essential Job Functions. "Requirements" could be Job Qualifications (Knowledge and Skills, Work Experience/Education, Competencies). "Skills" maybe separate but we can combine. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose which headings to use based on content. We should not repeat job title as heading. We should not put Job ID etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the content from General Summary, Duties, Job Qualifications (knowledge/skills, work experience/education, competencies), Working Conditions and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, About Us, Company Overview. Possibly also "Certain store locations may give preference to bilingual Spanish speakers." That's part of qualifications. We need to format lists with
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So duties list should be
    • each duty. Similarly for qualifications list. We need to use

for prose. We must not include boilerplate like "Dollar General Corporation is an equal opportunity employer." Also remove "About Us Work Where You Matter..." maybe that's okay as it's substantive about company? It's not boilerplate? It's marketing but maybe considered okay. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About Us" section seems like company overview, not boilerplate. Might keep. We need to avoid headings with filler text. So we must ensure each heading has substantive content. Let's plan sections: -

      About the role

      with General Summary paragraph. -

      Responsibilities

      with
      • each duty. -

        Requirements

maybe split into Knowledge and Skills, Work Experience/Education, Competencies. Could have subheadings? Not allowed? Only h3 for section headings. Could we have multiple h3 sections each with its own content. So we could have:

        Knowledge and Skills

        with
        • each.

          Work Experience and Education

          with

          maybe.

          Competencies

          with
          • each. Alternatively combine into one Requirements section with lists. But instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Knowledge and Skills and Competencies into Requirements, and Work Experience/Education also there. But we need to preserve all detail; we can still have lists. Let's think: We could have:

            About the role

            General Summary...

            Responsibilities

              ...

            Requirements

              ...
where we combine knowledge/skills, work experience, competencies into list items. But we need to differentiate? Might be okay. But we also have Working Conditions and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS. That could be a section:

            Working Conditions

            with
              or

. It's substantive. Also About Us and Company Overview could be combined into

              About the Company

with paragraphs. We must not create Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections because not present. Thus final HTML fragment:

              About the role
