About the role

As a Store Manager at Happy Beauty Co., you will lead a team-oriented and dynamic environment where beauty feels joyful, approachable, and fun to explore. You will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations to meet or exceed sales goals
• Oversee all store activities with an emphasis on maintaining assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory
• Ensure safety and security rules and procedures are followed by staff
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets
• Maintain a clean and attractive store appearance

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Cosmetology license (optional but preferred)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally while on a ladder
• Exposure to fumes and odors upon occasion
• Some physical exertion, such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes
• Working around moving parts, carts, or machines
• Exposure to irritant chemicals
