Job Purpose

Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through the use of daily observation forms, monthly one on one meetings, and on the spot redirect coaching.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees
• Use cross selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features
• Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers in both sales and service transactions
• Complete operational duties assigned to you accurately and within required time frames
