Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview Responsible for overseeing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. Ensures store is properly staffed, maintains accurate inventory levels, and upholds safety and security standards. Leads employee recruitment, performance evaluations, and adherence to company policies. Manages daily opening and closing procedures, evaluates business trends, and controls expenses and shrinkage. Provides exceptional customer service and maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment. Ensures proper merchandise presentation, accurate cash handling, and compliance with safety and labor laws. Completes all documentation timely and supports staff development.
