Store Manager (Full-Time)

About the role

Responsible for managing store operations, staff, and processes to ensure efficient daily functioning and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring proper staffing and performance management.
• Open and close the store regularly, overseeing daily operations and safety protocols.
• Analyze financial and sales data to identify trends, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
• Manage inventory through ordering, stock presentation, and cycle counts to meet in-stock targets.
• Ensure accurate merchandise presentation, signage, and inventory control.
• Maintain store security, cash handling integrity, and safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.
• Adhere to company policies, complete necessary documentation, and promote team collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math calculations.
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in retail management, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Competencies include leadership, collaboration, customer focus, and compliance awareness.
