About the role
As the implementer and enforcer of the store, the Store Manager is responsible for customer service, cash management, hiring and training staff, ordering product, compliance, labor management, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures
- Manage cash transactions and ensure accuracy
- Hire, train, and manage staff
- Order products to meet demand and maintain inventory levels
- Maintain compliance with all regulations and standards
- Manage labor costs and schedules
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience in retail or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking
