About the role

As a Store Manager at Atlantis Fresh Market, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing all aspects of the store, including customer service, cash management, hiring and training staff, ordering products, ensuring compliance, managing labor, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
