About the role
As the implementer and enforcer of the store, the Store Manager is responsible for customer service, cash management, hiring and training staff, ordering product, compliance, labor management, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures
- Manage cash transactions and ensure financial accuracy
- Hire, train, and manage a team of store associates
- Order products to meet demand and maintain inventory levels
- Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Manage labor costs and schedules to optimize efficiency
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Experience in retail or a related field
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking
