About the role

As a Store Manager at Atlantis Fresh Market, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing the store's policies, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing cash transactions, hiring and training staff, ordering products, maintaining compliance, managing labor, and keeping the store clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce store policies and procedures

Requirements

• Proven leadership and management skills

• Physical ability to perform job duties, including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a manager or supervisor preferred
