About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage store operations, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has an unforgettable experience.
• Oversee all store operations, focusing on maintaining budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
• Ensure safety and security by enforcing rules and procedures, and protecting customers, associates, and store assets.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• A self-starter with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passionate about hair and beauty.
