Store Manager Candidate

Role Overview The Store Manager Candidate supports store operations by assisting in employee supervision, staffing, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. This role involves implementing store processes, participating in hiring, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruiting, staffing, and training of employees.Support merchandising activities, including stocking, signage, and pricing.Manage inventory processes, conduct inventories, and ensure stock levels meet targets.Provide excellent customer service and act as a role model for store policies.Participate in opening and closing store activities, safeguard cash, and maintain store cleanliness and safety.Review financial statements to monitor sales, labor, and inventory trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely. Qualifications And Skills Ability to interpret manuals, safety rules, and procedures.Strong mathematical, cash handling, and inventory knowledge.Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to varied situations.Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and retail experience. Physical And Work Environment Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds. Occasional climbing, driving, and exposure to outdoor weather conditions. The environment is fast-paced with moderate noise, requiring mobility and physical activity. This position involves some travel and supports fostering a collaborative, customer-focused store atmosphere.
