Store Manager - Banter by Piercing Pagoda - Francis Scott Key Mall

About the role

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join their team. As a Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to positively impact many lives by maintaining daily focus on individual and team member standards to achieve sales and profit projections, fostering an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, and developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation. You will also recruit and select team members, manage the P&L, enforce Company policies and procedures, and perform other operational and strategic duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation
• Recruit and select team members
• Achieve profit margin goals by managing the P&L
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures
• Perform other operational and strategic duties

Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends

Total Rewards

• Base pay, $20.67 – $30.00 plus commission on sales
• Final pay rate determined based on experience and qualifications
