Our Store Managers are responsible for maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; and recruiting and selection of team members. The Store Manager is also responsible for achieving profit margin goals by managing the P&L; following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures; and other operational and strategic duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily focus on individual and team members' standards to achieve sales and profit projections
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation
• Recruit and select team members
• Achieve profit margin goals by managing the P&L
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as required

Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends

Pay

Base pay: $20.67 – $36.00 per hour plus commission on sales. Final pay rate is based on experience and qualifications.
