About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Help customers find the perfect look that makes them feel beautiful
• Participate in store events and promotions
• Support the team in achieving sales goals

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred

Skills

• Customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of fashion trends

Salary range: $15-$20 per hour based on experience
