Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the perfect look that makes them feel beautiful.
- Ensure store appearance and merchandise are presented in an attractive and organized manner.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Support team members in achieving sales goals and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and styles.
