Store Manager
About the role
As a full time Windsor Store Manager, you are responsible for driving the company's mission statement in your store. You manage all aspects of daily operations, visual standards, and make decisions that impact store performance and profitability. You are accountable for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.
Responsibilities
- Hire, lead, and develop a high performing team of fashion loving Co-Managers, Assistant Managers, and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
- Drive the store's mission statement through effective management and decision-making.
- Achieve store productivity by managing sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.
- Manage all aspects of daily operations including visual standards.
Requirements
Requirements include a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fashion. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
- Proven track record of increasing store productivity and profitability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
