About the role
As a full time Windsor Store Manager, you are responsible for driving the company's mission statement in your store. You manage all aspects of daily operations, visual standards, and make decisions that impact store performance and profitability. You are accountable for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.
Responsibilities
- Hire, lead, and develop a high performing team of fashion loving Co-Managers, Assistant Managers, and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
- Manage all aspects of daily operations including inventory management, customer service, and store maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Make decisions that impact store performance and profitability, such as pricing strategies, promotional activities, and staffing levels.
- Drive store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and the ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience in fast fashion or special occasion retail is a plus.
- Knowledge of POS systems and point-of-sale technology.
