Store Manager

About the role

As a full time Windsor Store Manager, you are responsible for driving the company's mission statement in your store. You manage all aspects of daily operations, visual standards, and make decisions that impact store performance and profitability. You are accountable for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, and develop a high performing team of fashion loving Co-Managers, Assistant Managers, and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
• Drive the company's mission statement in your store.
• Manage all aspects of daily operations.
• Make decisions that impact store performance and profitability.
• Achieve store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.

Requirements

Requirements include a strong understanding of retail operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a team. Previous management experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
