Job Responsibilities/Tasks
- Maintains and improves customer service through reminders, training, and action plans.
- Greet customers and clinic patients, offer assistance, and model customer service best practices.
- Resolve customer complaints and assist with special needs.
- Supervise store and pharmacy operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial management.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including alcohol and tobacco sales.
- Manage store appearance and respond to emergencies.
- Implement District Manager feedback and manage store operations.
- Assign daily responsibilities and set expectations for team members.
- Monitor and analyze financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs.
- Analyze pharmacy and clinic performance and collaborate with managers.
- Identify sales opportunities and manage inventory levels.
- Manage team member performance, career progression, and training.
- Communicate with district, corporate, and the community.
People and Performance Management
- Manages team member performance, assigns responsibilities, and provides feedback.
- Makes hiring, promotion, and termination decisions.
- Addresses issues and disciplines team members, engaging with HR as needed.
- Develops employee performance plans and tracks progress.
- Ensures compliance with policies and laws, and promotes teamwork.
Training and Personal Development
- Participates in company and on-the-job training.
- Attends training requested by District Management and corporate.
- Completes required training programs, including pharmacy training.
- Pursues PTCB or ExCPT certification if required by state law.
- Monitors own performance and seeks self-development.
