About the role

Victra is the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States. As a Store Manager, you shape our guest experience by coaching your team to give their best to Every Guest, Every Time. You will develop your sales consultants and help them learn what it means to win at Victra.

Responsibilities

  • Drive for high-performance results within a fast-paced sales environment, focusing on optimizing customer and employee experience.
  • Complete training courses and attend weekly sales leadership calls.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, showing your team how to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Coach your team one-on-one and motivate them to reach the next level of performance.
  • Manage daily operational tasks and maintain brand compliance.
  • Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
  • Provide your team with training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience.
  • Handle customer flow and store traffic, resolving customer escalations in a timely manner.
  • Identify any selling skill gaps and build and implement development plans to help the team meet and exceed sales metrics and quota assignments.
  • Analyze staffing needs, report financial and sales data, manage cash, and ensure store up-time and functionality.
  • Monitor inventory, restock shelves, maintain device security, and keep the store clean.
  • Lead store merchandising and planogram compliance in accordance with company expectations.
  • Run store operations, including completing store opening and closing activities.
  • Collectively strive to attain store targets daily/weekly/monthly.

Qualifications

  • Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
  • Experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
  • Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
  • Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
  • Ability to lift ten pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

Pay

$19.00 /hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.

Schedule

This is an hourly role. On a typical day, you will take care of your guests and confirm that your coworkers have what they need. You will lead by example on the sales floor, showing your team how to interact with customers and colleagues.
