About the role

Victra is the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States. As a Store Manager, you shape our guest experience by coaching your team to give their best to Every Guest, Every Time. You will lead your team to exceed both store and personal sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive for high-performance results within a fast-paced sales environment, focusing on optimizing customer and employee experience.
  • Complete training courses and attend weekly sales leadership calls.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, showing your team how to provide exceptional service.
  • Coach your team one-on-one and motivate them to reach the next level of performance.
  • Manage daily operational tasks and maintain brand compliance.
  • Lead store merchandising and planogram compliance in accordance with company expectations.
  • Run store operations, including analyzing staffing needs, reporting financial and sales data, managing cash, and ensuring store up-time and functionality.
  • Maintain inventory by restocking shelves, managing cleanliness, and ensuring product security.
  • Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams and provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience.
  • Handle customer flow and store traffic, resolve customer escalations in a timely manner, and manage compliance.
  • Identify and address any selling skill gaps, build and implement development plans, and help the team meet and exceed sales metrics and quota assignments.
  • Ensure the store achieves its targets daily/weekly/monthly.

Qualifications

  • Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry (preferred).
  • Experience in Customer Service or leadership role (1-2 years preferred).
  • Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
  • Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
  • Ability to lift ten pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
