Store Manager

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Recruit, select, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with labor laws.Lead store opening and closing, maintain store presentation, and manage inventory levels.Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends and control expenses.Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, displayed, and priced according to company standards.Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and security protocols.Handle cash procedures, cash register functions, and safeguard financial integrity.Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive shopping environment.Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and documentation standards. Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling procedures.Ability to interpret documents, perform basic math, and solve problems.Experience in retail management preferred; high school diploma or equivalent recommended.Bilingual skills may be advantageous. Physical & Work Environment: Frequent walking, standing, lifting up to 40-55 pounds, occasional climbing, and working in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise. Some outdoor exposure may occur.
