Store Manager

Role: Store Manager responsible for overseeing all store operations, staff management, inventory control, customer service, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and evaluate employees; ensure proper staffing and safety standards; manage ordering, stocking, and presentation of merchandise; analyze sales and expenses; maintain inventory accuracy; uphold cash and security protocols; foster a positive customer experience; ensure store cleanliness and safety; and complete administrative tasks.Qualifications & Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and retail practices; ability to interpret documents and perform calculations; and preferably bilingual Spanish speakers.
