Responsibilities
- Direct and lead the team to meet store objectives, including sales and profit targets
- Recruit, develop, and train staff to ensure they are equipped to handle customer needs and maintain high standards in the store
- Implement merchandise strategies to enhance the store's appeal and manage inventory effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment that encourages customer engagement and loyalty
- Communicate effectively with the District Manager and HQ partners to align on store goals and strategies
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in specialty/apparel retail management
- Proven ability to lead teams to success
- High School diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
- Ability to multitask and adapt to various situations and environments
- Fashion-savvy and knowledgeable about current trends
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Able to reach for merchandise using various tools and equipment
