Responsibilities
- Ensure store objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
- Operate a sound business by managing policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
- Recruit, develop, and train top talent who are skilled in sales, customer service, and fashion
- Set a positive example and foster a shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting, and well-presented store environment
- Maintain open communication with District Managers and HQ partners
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of specialty/apparel retail management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams to success
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; college degree preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fashion-savvy and knowledgeable about current trends
- Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as packing and unpacking shipments
