Responsibilities

• Ensure store objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
• Operate a sound business by managing policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
• Recruit, develop, and train top talent who are skilled in sales, customer service, and fashion
• Set a positive example and foster a shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting, and well-presented store environment
• Maintain open communication with District Managers and HQ partners

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of specialty/apparel retail management experience
• Proven ability to lead teams to success
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; college degree preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Fashion-savvy and knowledgeable about current trends
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as packing and unpacking shipments
