Responsibilities
- Direct and lead the team to achieve store objectives including sales and profit goals
- Recruit, develop, and train top talent who are skilled in sales, customer service, and fashion
- Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting, and well-stocked store environment
- Maintain effective communication with District Manager and HQ partners
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of specialty/apparel retail management experience
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; college degree preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and create a positive customer experience
- Fashion-savvy and knowledgeable about current trends
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand and walk around during scheduled shifts
- Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs
- Able to reach for merchandise using various tools and equipment
