JOB PURPOSE

The Stoe Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a NAPA store. A person in this role drives daily leadership and growth that promotes and enables NAPA to be the dominant parts supplier in the market.

DUTIES

• Build good relationships with customers
• Maximize store sales
• Connect store operations to NAPA's mission
• Lead and coach retail team
• Identify opportunities for growth
• Focus on customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Driver’s License required
• High school diploma, or equivalent, required
• Previous management experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to lead teams to achieve goals
• Sound decision making skills

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift
• Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds
• Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively

COMPENSATION

$54,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
