About the role
The role involves managing a team of baristas to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service in our coffee shop.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to meet sales targets and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Train and mentor baristas to enhance their skills and contribute to the team's success.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively and motivate employees.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and food safety practices.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
