Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff.
- Manage a team of baristas and support staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the coffeehouse brand.
Requirements
- 3 years retail / customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School or GED Requirements.
- Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.

Pay
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
Schedule
You will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
