Overview of Responsibilities

  • Oversee, manage, and maximize the entire business operations of an assigned Sprouts store and all of its related departments.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and a well-stocked inventory across all departments.
  • Manage profits and losses, hiring and termination of employees, disciplinary actions, team member training and development, inventory, sales promotion execution, and merchandising.
  • Manage staff issues, department managers, customer complaints, community relations, compliance with store policies, and other administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years retail management experience.
  • Preferred degree in business, management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising, liberal arts, or related field.
  • Dependable and reliable, with the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to give direction, and participation in a team environment.
  • Outgoing and friendly behavior, positive attitude, and ability to interact with customers in an engaging manner.
  • Proven leadership ability to build, motivate, and maintain staff, with a working knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers, and financial goals.
