Store Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead your store team by example
- Recognize and volunteer to support local pet-related events
- Analyze store sales results and develop strategies to improve performance
- Create a positive and engaging environment for both team members and neighbors
- Inspire your team to meet and exceed store goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience leading retail teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- High school diploma/GED required
- Must have Microsoft Office knowledge and good communication skills
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform physical tasks
- Must be 18 years of age or older
