About the role

Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our community.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare for success through an 8-12 week store leadership training program.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including seven days a week.

Pay

Pay Range: $25.22 per hour - $35.308 per hour. Individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
