About the role

You are responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

To prepare you for success, we will provide an 8-12 week store leadership training program.

Qualifications

High school diploma required. Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Serve Safe certified.

Pay Range

Pay range: $32 per hour - $35 per hour. Individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
