Store Manager
Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates through paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our community.
About the role
You are responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. We will provide an 8-12 week store leadership training program to prepare you for success.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage a team of associates
- Achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Perform cash handling and accounting tasks
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Serve Safe certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves
Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or similar field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $33 per hour - $36 per hour, within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
