About the role

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Set the restaurant's goals and create a plan to achieve them.
• Manage staff, including hiring, firing, discipline, and supervision.
• Ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

• Experience in a similar role preferred.
