Store Manager

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, and customer service to ensure efficient daily functioning. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with labor laws.Lead performance management, conduct evaluations, and address employee development or disciplinary actions.Oversee store opening and closing, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.Analyze financial and sales data to identify trends, control expenses, and optimize profitability.Manage inventory levels, ordering, merchandise presentation, and stock replenishment.Maintain accurate cash handling, security, and safety procedures.Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret documents, perform basic math, and handle cash operations.Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail practices.Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Experience in recruiting, coaching, and managing staff, with knowledge of legal and safety policies.Bilingual skills may be preferred based on location. Preferred Background: High school diploma or equivalent; management experience in retail is advantageous.
