Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a sales-driven team to achieve performance goals.
- Build positive relationships with hospital partners and respond to feedback with professionalism.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and promotional activities to maximize sales.
- Ensure operational excellence through scheduling, compliance, and daily procedures.
- Address customer concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly.
- Uphold safety, security, and company standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement.
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Experience in specialty or big-box retail is a plus.
