About the role

As a Store Manager at Lacoste, you will be the driving force behind our store’s operations, sales, and team management. You will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales goals, maintaining excellent customer service standards, managing inventory, and leading a team of motivated and customer-focused associates.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of associates to enhance performance.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Hold yourself and your team accountable for meeting sales and operational goals.
  • Uphold outstanding customer service standards. Address customer queries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
  • Manage store inventory effectively, including receiving, and organizing stock. Ensure inventory accuracy and minimize losses.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure the store is visually appealing and aligns with brand standards.
  • Oversee the store budget, including labor costs, supplies, and other expenses.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of sales achievement and managing a successful team.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Proficient in retail management software and MS Office.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field experience preferred.
