Overview Store Manager Contributes to profitable sales growth by executing the overall store strategy; including leading and engaging the team, managing company merchandise and operational excellence, training and developing associates, and executing sales-building programs. Primary Responsibilities: Customer Service Models, coaches, and holds team accountable for outstanding customer service. Engage with both associates and customers to enhance interactions. Conduct store walkthroughs for pricing/signing accuracy. Sales Analyze sales and expense data to identify opportunities. Communicate business objectives and performance to the team. Strategically drive sales through store walkthroughs and leadership interactions. Improve store consistency around key performance metrics Participate in peer group discussions to address business trends. Team Development Provide in-the-moment coaching for associates. Maintain performance notes and take action on performance gaps Enhance each leader's execution abilities and team development. Utilize recognition and rewards to reinforce positive behaviors. Motivate associates/teams to align with the company's strategy. Specialty Businesses Lead Salon Manager/Beauty Manager/Supervisors and engage related teams. Analyze sales and expenses to drive performance and improvements. For more information, visit catalystbrands.com Asset Protection Manager (APM) Lead Asset Protection activities for assigned unit in accordance with company policies and procedures, in order to drive sales and profits. Primary Responsibilities: Team Development ‐ Frequently conducts developmental conversations with direct reports and maintains notes / observations of strengths and opportunities ‐ Interviews, hires and trains Asset Protection talent for the store and ensures Asset Protection team is following Asset Protection Directives, policies and procedures ‐ Actively walks the floor and coaches in the moment to enhance each associate’s ability to develop and advises Store/District Leadership Teams when opportunities are noted Internal & External Investigations ‐ Proactively identifies potential acts of theft and fraud by observing associate and customer activity, reviewing exception reports and investigation referrals ‐ Interviews associates suspected of theft or fraud in accordance with company policies and properly documents all stages ‐ Reviews and ensures all Asset Protection documentation is complete, accurate and is maintained per Company policy and procedure ‐ Communicates external theft trends to associates and will partner with other locations/retailers to identify Organized Retail Crime (ORC) groups and patterns. Takes direction from DAPM and or Field Investigations to gather evidence on ORC and external fraud ‐ Attends hearings as required and updates appropriate files with court‐related outcomes ‐ Creates and maintains relationship with local law enforcement and mall security partners ‐ Reviews the reports of external apprehensions, internal investigations, incident reports, PCI, PII and Sales Audit documentation. Shrink and Safety ‐ Tailors company Asset Protection direction to their particular stores and creates new ways to educate and motivate store teams to focus on shrinkage reduction and safety ‐ Coaches store associates on keeping work areas and sales floor free of hazards to protect customers and associates from accidents, along with maintaining inventory maintenance process. ‐ Periodically audits departments for merchandise protection standard adherence ‐ Identifies merchandise protection opportunities that deviate from company standards What You Get: Eligible for bonus under the Management Incentive Plan.
