The Store Manager leads teams to maximize the financial output of their stores through the optimization of talent, operational execution, and delivering a rewarding customer experience. The role requires a drive for results, building high-performance teams, and managing a variety of responsibilities including operational execution, talent optimization, and customer experience.

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000 – $97,807.50 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus.
